Would you like help to place your order?

Our website is user friendly and placing an order is simple. Click on the product you require, once you are ready to order click the buy now button and this will take you to your shopping cart, you can either continue to shop or proceed to the checkout. Once at the checkout fill in your details, complete your payment information on our secure pages and click the submit button. It`s that simple. In case of difficulty you can email us (see above) or telephone 07809 258127 and we will be very happy to help you.

Buying Online Or From A Sex Shop Tips

Because we are an online sex shop we may sound bias, so in this section we will try to be as fair as possible. There are always going to be good points and bad points when comparing shopping online and buying in shops. We are going to look at as many pros and cons as possible, you can decide for yourself which is best for you.

Do you need to return a product?

If you need to return a product please contact us by phone or email in the first instance giving a reason for return, we will allocate you a unique returns number with an address of where to send the return. Returns are accepted provided the item is unused and in its original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All products are hygiened before despatch for your health and safety. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards(except American Express and Diners Cards). Our checkout page gives guidance on ways to pay. Cheques and postal orders are accepted payable to Magic Moments, payment by cheque requires time for clearance. Cash can be accepted but only by registered post to ensure safe receipt. You can post your order to: Magic Moments, PO BOX 377, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 9HX or you can telephone 07809 258127 giving your payment details. We do not send goods on approval nor do we accept cash on delivery.
